:D YOU RIGHT AS HELL of the fate/ decks i think the only ones i wouldn't actively seek until i'm out of literally everything else would be like... some of the minor human characters/masters (i'm sorry rani viii and ayako i don't know either of you), the yggdmillennia masters, and kirei. chloe+most non babygil prilya characters, blackbeard, and rider of resistance would also be on thin ice if they ever get donated.

i like everybody you listed (some of them quite a lot, ushi my love, quetz my love, kintoki you mullet), so i'd be happy to snitch all of them from you if i've got stuff you like for them!
